Terrie Anderson has spent more than thirty years in the corporate sector, beginning in a technical sales role for an global electronics company. She quickly rose to leadership roles in middle management, and was a senior executive of a large Dutch trading company by the age of 28. Terrie attained an executive position on the Board of a large UK manufacturer just 5 years later. She went onto to accept successful tenures at senior executive level in several continents.
Terrie has been very successful in the areas of Sales, Transformational Leadership, Strategy, Change Management and a specialist in new business and turnarounds. Terrie has repeatedly built high performance teams, that recorded outstanding results, by motivating the people to achieve their best willingly and happily. She is considered intuitive in the selection and winning of appropriate large customers, and consistently overachieved targets with a win/win approach. She is pragmatic, yet visionary. Brutally honest, yet culturally sensitive and is highly respected by customers, colleagues, industry peers, analysts and competitors.
Terrie has been identified by several industry analyst, and knowledge base, groups as an expert in her field. She now coaches, speaks and writes extensively in Leadership, Sales Strategies and Issues, and Building High Performance Teams. She is considered a specialist in the development of human potential.
